| President | He/she provides adequate leadership in the society, chairs all general and executive meetings, plans the agenda and ensures that all executive members have the necessary information for executive meetings. |
| Vice-President | He/she acts as the principle representatives in the absence of the president, provides leadership, helps to organize activities and events for the society. |
| Organizing Secretary | He/she is responsible for recruitment of possible members, maintains the membership list, distributes the meeting minutes and is responsible for incoming and outgoing correspondence. |
| Treasurer | He/she is co-signature of the society’s bank transactions, maintains financial records of the ISS, regularly prepares statements of the society, arranges for banking services. |
| Event Coordinator | He/she coordinates and organizes society’s events and activities, chairs events committees, responsible for stage setting and management for society’s events, prepares and distributes documentation to forthcoming events. |
| Publicity Officer | He/she is responsible for ISS’s activities and events, acts as a liaison between ISS and the clubs and societies on and outside of campus, processes and distributes flyers. |
